FitToFit seamlessly transfers your comprehensive fitness data from Fitbit to Google Fit, ensuring your health metrics are consolidated in one place. This application directly queries data from your Fitbit account and securely inserts it into Google Fit.

To initiate the transfer, simply log in with your Fitbit account and grant FitToFit access to the specific data types you wish to synchronize. Subsequently, connect to your Google account to specify where the Fitbit data should be inserted. FitToFit prioritizes your privacy and exclusively utilizes the granted access and your data for the direct transfer between Fitbit and Google Fit. Rest assured, your data remains securely stored within the Fitbit and Google Fit ecosystems; it is never stored externally.

FitToFit supports a wide array of data types, including:

- Steps
- Activities
- Distances
- Heart Rate
- sleep
- Oxygen Saturation
- Weight
- Body Fat
- Food
- Water

You have complete control over the data types transferred; easily select and modify your preferences within the app settings.

note: Please be aware that there may be a slight delay before the transferred data becomes visible in the Google Fit app, as it takes time for all visualizations to be updated.

Leverage the AutoSync feature to automatically transfer your steps from your Fitbit account to Google Fit at chosen intervals. For users who prefer manual synchronization, the reminder function provides helpful prompts to ensure consistent data transfer. Both the AutoSync and reminder functions can be conveniently enabled and configured under the "Settings" menu. The AutoSync function offers a range of interval options to suit your needs.
