FIND COVERAGE FOR YOUR SHIFT
Can’t make it to work? No problem! Easily post your shift on the Shift Marketplace and find coverage from another qualified team member. Once a manager approves the swap, you are relieved of the shift!

PICK UP EXTRA WORK SHIFTS
Looking to earn extra income and boost your earnings? Browse available work opportunities on the Shift Marketplace to pick up extra shifts. Simply tap on a shift to apply, and once approved, you're ready to work!

COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR TEAM
Stay connected and communicate effectively with your coworkers without exchanging personal phone numbers. Access the Community tab to send direct messages or post multimedia content on dedicated team channels, fostering better collaboration.

REQUEST TIME OFF
Easily make time off requests for the days you need off directly within the app's calendar. View your accrual balances, and submit the request for quick manager approval, simplifying the leave process.

TAKE VOLUNTARY TIME OFF
When Voluntary Time Off (VTO) opportunities are available, quickly apply to take the day off. Once approved by your manager, enjoy your well-deserved day off!

POST OPEN SHIFTS
Broadcast a single open shift or hundreds of open shifts with just a tap. If you need team members to work, post the shift, add a detailed description, and select the relevant group. Then, efficiently manage applications as they come in.

APPROVE AND DENY SHIFTS
Review and either approve or deny shift swap applications between team members, as well as applications for manager-posted shifts. Manage multiple applications efficiently, all on one convenient shift card.

VIEW TEAM ROSTERS
Manage the daily roster effectively and see which employees are working and when. View job positions and shift start and end times at a glance. Add Open Shifts and VTOs directly from the roster card for seamless scheduling.

POST ANNOUNCEMENTS
Post important announcements and track read receipts. Send announcements to your location or a specific team channel, and easily see who has marked the announcement as read, ensuring everyone stays informed.

SHARE photo SCHEDULES
Still relying on paper scheduling? Simply take a photo of a printed schedule and send it directly to your team. Team members can then conveniently view the schedule within their shift calendar.
