Smart Inventory allows you to efficiently manage your inventory from your computer or any mobile device using our web application. Our system supports seamless collaboration, enabling multiple users to access and manage the same inventory through our secure cloud platform.

We utilize a three-level categorization system for comprehensive inventory organization:

Items: These are your individual, countable, and movable products. Track item quantities and movements with ease. Examples include: a can of milk, notebooks, or glasses.

Groups: Organize your items based on shared attributes such as location, size, shelf number, or even buyer name.

Tags: Add an extra layer of detail to your groups for enhanced organization and filtering.

This categorization system allows you to create a well-structured inventory by establishing relationships between items, groups, and tags, providing you with greater control over your stock.

Add product names, images, barcode values, and additional information to your inventory. There is no limit to the amount of supplementary information you can add to your objects.

Furthermore, you can add quantity values to your items and monitor quantity changes with detailed annotations. This feature allows you to track inventory fluctuations over time and generate reports with specific annotation details.

Our application supports 16 universal QR code types and standard barcode formats for seamless scanning. Scanning codes simplifies object management, allowing you to quickly access object details. Use scanner mode to modify item quantities directly by scanning their codes. If your objects lack barcodes or QR codes, our application can generate them for you.

After registering, securely back up your inventory to our cloud system and share it with collaborators. To work on the same inventory, other users must use the same registered account. Access your inventory from your computer using our web application.

Import and export features allow you to transfer existing lists to the application or generate reports for other systems. Use importing for bulk operations. Exporting to Google Drive enables easy report sharing.

Cloud system access and certain features are reserved for premium users. Details about our premium system are available on the Premium page within the application.

This app does not automatically search online databases for barcode details. You must first add barcode information to your inventory to enable scanning-based searches.
