Trying to avoid getting caught in a downpour? Check Buienradar's rain radar and rain graph before heading out, so you're always prepared for the weather!The Buienradar app starts with a 3-hour or 24-hour rain radar forecast, providing a clear visual representation of upcoming precipitation. The rain radar image shows whether rain is expected in the next few hours or even the next day. Below the radar is the rain graph, which pinpoints exactly when rain is expected and the predicted rainfall amount in millimeters. For a more detailed view of your specific location, use the zoom feature.
Buienradar is available for both Android phones and tablets. The convenient widget, featuring the rain graph, allows you to quickly check for expected rain without even opening the app!
The Buienradar Wear OS app is back! Check the rain radar, rain graph, and hourly forecast directly on your wrist. More features will be added in the coming months. The Buienradar Watch App is exclusively available in the Google Play Store for wearables running Android Wear OS.

Get personalized weather information in the "Coming hours" table (next 8 hours), with detailed hour-by-hour predictions for your favorite locations (even abroad!). This includes temperature, feeling temperature, rainfall amount per hour (in millimeters), chance of rain, and wind force (in Beaufort).
In addition to thunderstorm, snow, sun, wind, and temperature maps, Buienradar also provides data on wind chill, ground temperature, sun intensity, air pressure, gusts, visibility, and humidity, along with precise sunrise and sunset times for your location.
Buienradar also offers seasonal radar maps. In the summer, use the pollen and mosquito radars to receive timely notifications about pollen levels and mosquito activity. In the winter, the snow radar provides information about winter precipitation, and the ground temperature map warns about potential night frost.
The "Forecast" tab (14-day forecast) displays the weather forecast in a graph for the next 14 days. A detailed list view is also available under the "Lijst" tab, offering an hourly forecast for the next 7 days and a daily average for the second week.
Create custom rain alerts in the "Alerts" tab (free push notifications) tailored to your daily schedule and favorite locations, so you're always prepared for rain or storms.
For an ad-free experience, Buienradar Premium is available for €4.99. You can find this option in "Instellingen" ("Settings") and then select "Neem Buienradar Premium" ("Get Buienradar Premium").
