Mobile Suica is the official app provided by East Japan Railway Company (JR East) that allows you to use Suica on your smartphone. You can issue a new Suica, charge your balance, and even purchase commuter passes directly within the app, completing all transactions digitally. Simply tap your smartphone to seamlessly ride trains and buses, and make cashless payments. By registering with "JRE POINT," you can earn points when using JR East trains and conveniently charge your Suica with accumulated points.

**Key Features of Mobile Suica:**

With the Mobile Suica app, you can easily start a cashless lifestyle using just your smartphone. Even without a physical Suica card, you can issue a new Suica directly through the app. If you already have a Suica commuter pass, you can import it into the app for convenient use.

You can choose from the following two payment methods:

* Credit card registered in the Mobile Suica app
* Credit card set up in Google Pay

*By registering a View Card, you can also use the "Auto-Charge" function.

**Usable Nationwide**

You can use Mobile Suica on transportation systems nationwide, including trains and buses, within the following areas: Suica, PASMO, icsca, Ryuto, SAPICA, Kitaca, ICAS nimoca, TOICA, manaca, ICOCA, PiTaPa, SUGOCA, nimoca, Hayakaken, and OKICA.

You can also use it for payments at stores and online shops throughout Japan that display the IC mark.

**Other Convenient Features:**

* Charge your Suica and set up Auto-Charge
* Check your e-money balance and transaction history
* Import your Suica commuter pass (card)
* Purchase and refund commuter passes, Suica Green Tickets, and other special tickets
* Print receipts (through the member website)

**Important notes:**

* A Mobile Suica-compatible smartphone is required. Please check the Mobile Suica website for compatible models.
* Depending on the model, you can set up multiple Suica cards. To use them, you need to set your preferred card as the "Main Card" in the Osaifu-Keitai app.
* In case of loss or damage to your device, you can reissue your Suica and suspend its use through the member website.

**Enhanced Convenience with Integrated Apps and Services:**

**JRE POINT:** By registering your Mobile Suica with "JRE POINT," you can earn points at participating JRE POINT merchants and when using JR East trains. You can earn more points when using trains than with a card-type Suica.

**Touch de Go! Shinkansen:** You can register for "Touch de Go! Shinkansen" through the Mobile Suica app (settings will be carried over even if imported from a Suica card). You can ride Shinkansen non-reserved seats using your Suica balance without prior reservation.

**Shinkansen e-Ticket Service:** By registering as a member of "Ekinet" and registering your Suica as IC card information, you can use JR East Shinkansen without picking up tickets at ticket machines or Midori-no-Madoguchi ticket offices. You can also take advantage of discounted "Ekinet Tokuda Value" and "Osaki ni Tokuda Value" fares by applying early.

**Express Reservation:** By registering separately, you can also use JR Central's "Express Reservation" service (paid service).
