Site Editorial Commentary：Formal implementation of the Government of La Rioja to access the medical history

The official RiojaSalud application from the Government of La Rioja provides citizens with easy access to their own and their beneficiaries' Rioja Salud clinical history.

Developed and promoted by the General Directorate of New Technologies of Information and Communication (DGTIC) of the Government of La Rioja, this app streamlines healthcare access for residents.

Any citizen can use the application, but to access the full functionality, a valid health card for La Rioja and a digital certificate recognized by the Government of La Rioja are required.

The application offers the following services:

* Personal Section:
+ Request appointments for Primary Care (General Practitioner or Pediatrician, and Nurse).
+ Check pending appointments, including those for Specialized Care.
+ Access radiographs and imaging studies.
+ View available electronic prescriptions, dispensed electronic prescriptions, and your active medication history.
+ Access your Living Will (if applicable).
+ View Laboratory reports.
+ Access Specialist reports (emergency reports, hospitalization discharge reports, outpatient reports, imaging test reports, etc.).
+ View Primary Care and Public Health reports (Vaccinations, Oral Health, etc.).
+ Check your Surgical waiting list status.
+ Access a summarized medical history.
+ View Blood bank donations.
+ View Personal data registered on your Health Card.
+ Access Pharmaceutical contribution information (TSI).

* Public Section:
+ Consult the health centers within the Riojan Health System as well as pharmacies (differentiating those on duty). For all centers, you can find the shortest route from your current position (requires gps access) both by walking and by car, contact them by phone, or access their website.
+ Access articles of interest published on www.riojasalud.es
+ Access a brief first aid guide with basic procedures (also available Offline). A more extensive video guide is accessible from this section.
