A golden-haired girl awakens in an unfamiliar mansion, suddenly.
She realizes she has lost most of her memories, save for her beloved dog, Toto.
The people of the Eastern Village greet her as their savior, "Dorothy".
This world is being consumed by a "Witch's Curse," and she is destined to save it.
Dorothy, completely bewildered, decides to meet the Great King Oz in the Emerald City to uncover her lost memories and verify these claims of being a savior.
Along the way, Dorothy encounters a peculiar yet amiable Scarecrow, a kind but dangerous high-performance Robot, and a needlessly pompous Lion.
Despite facing numerous mishaps, they manage to reach the city.
Seeking to uncover the truth, she requests an audience with the Great Wizard Oz, but what awaits her there is...
Will Dorothy regain her memories? Will her companions' wishes come true? What is the true identity of the Great Wizard Oz who rules the world? And what is the Witch's Curse that plagues the land?
