The enGuardia app is structured into four main sections:

1. Differential Diagnosis Topics: Includes diagnostic algorithms to aid in reaching a diagnosis based on patient signs, symptoms, and other clinical data.
2. Pathology Topics: Currently features 70 topics, with continuous additions planned to cover essential areas of urgent pathology.
3. Interactive Algorithms: Detailed diagnostic and prescription algorithms that guide physicians through various courses of action. These are interconnected and reference other protocols for a comprehensive view of the care process.
4. Suite of Tools: Specifically useful in urgent medical pathology, currently offering 21 tools such as the Apache scale, water deficit calculation, Wells score, and HAS-BLED score for assessing bleeding risk. New calculators and scales will be added in future updates.
