Smartpolis centralizes essential municipal services, empowering both administrators and citizens. The app allows users to request and track services offered by their municipality, fostering transparency and accountability.

Key features of Smartpolis include:

* **Simplified Access:** Provides a user-friendly interface for easy access to a wide range of municipal services.
* **IPTU Services:** Facilitates the issuance of 2nd copies of IPTU (Property Tax).
* **Management Intelligence:** Offers tools for efficient management.
* **Healthcare Services:** Enables appointment scheduling for consultations, exams, and vaccinations; access to waiting lists; and information on medication availability and location.
* **Electronic Document Management (GED):** Allows access to digitized documents, speeding up information retrieval while ensuring data security and organization.
* **Negative Debt Certificates:** Provides access to negative debt certificates.
* **Electronic Process:** Organizes citizen information requests, enabling tracking of responses.
* **Ombudsman:** Allows citizens and the administration to manage and track complaints and suggestions, in accordance with Law No. 13.460 of June 26, 2017.
