1. **Voice Input Not working:** The voice input function relies on the Google voice input service. Ensure you have an active internet connection and a working microphone. If the issue persists, enable 'Google voice typing' in your device's settings under Settings - Additional settings - languages & input - Manage keyboards.

2. **Keyboard Size Adjustment:** To resize the keyboard, long-press the 'Keyboard tools' button in the upper left corner and select the 'Size' tab.
