How to purchase an e-Ticket for use in Rotational Parking?

Users can purchase e-Tickets from authorized monitors who are identified and circulating in areas with regulated parking spaces. You can also go to affiliated points of sale that are clearly identified in regulated areas.
For your convenience, download the eFacil SUZANO app for Cell Phones/Smartphones, which allows registered users to purchase credits to buy e-Tickets.

How to use the eFacil SUZANO App?

Find the eFacil SUZANO App in your cell phone/smartphone's app store. After installation, you will be asked for a simple registration with your Name, email, Phone, and Password.
After registration, you can purchase credits to buy e-Tickets using your credit or debit card. In the App, you can view the history of credit purchases made in eFacil SUZANO, and always have your Balance at hand to purchase new e-Tickets.
Credit/debit card transactions are protected and carried out directly with the Operator. This ensures that your card information is not stored, preventing any possibility of improper use of the information.
With the credits purchased, you can activate the e-Ticket through the eFacil SUZANO App for the rates and periods regulated by Municipal Law.
You will receive confirmation of the validation of the e-Ticket purchased, without needing to go to the Monitor or the parked vehicle.

How to use the e-Ticket in Rotational Parking?

The system uses digital technology to issue the e-Ticket, allowing the vehicle's license plate to be registered in the system after you purchase the e-Ticket (through monitors/accredited points/APP), validating the vehicle's parking period.
Therefore, it is not necessary to return to the vehicle to validate the period or leave any type of printed ticket in a visible location, as in the conventional system.

The Traffic Agents of the Municipality of Suzano are responsible for monitoring the regularity of Vehicles parked in regulated spaces.

When is a vehicle parked irregularly?

A vehicle is considered irregularly parked if:
It exceeds the maximum parking period allowed in each area;
The user does not activate the e-Ticket during the inspected period;
It is using a ticket other than the one adopted by the Municipality of Suzano.

What happens when the user does not regularize the situation?

According to item XVII of art. 181 of the Brazilian Traffic Code and other relevant regulations, failure to comply with the conditions specifically regulated by the signage (plate - Rotational Parking) provides for the application of a Traffic Infraction Notice (serious type 5 (five) points on the driver's license) with the application of a Fine Penalty, and is also subject to removal of the vehicle.
