While not intended to replace your original remote entirely, this app serves as a handy backup in situations where your remote is lost, damaged, or has dead batteries. A standout feature is its keyboard support, allowing you to effortlessly type on your device and send text directly to your TV. For Smart TVs with a LAN keyboard interface, this offers a much more convenient typing experience compared to selecting letters one by one on the TV screen.

The app is designed to work with all Samsung Smart TVs equipped with a network (LAN or WiFi) interface. It has been tested and confirmed to work with F (2013) and N (2018) series TVs. Please note the following compatibility requirements for older models:

★ C-D Series: Ensure the "Remote Control" function is enabled in your TV's settings (usually found under Menu -> System Settings). If this setting is absent, your TV may not support network remote control.

★ E-F Series Allshare and K Series MultiView: The app must be set as an allowed remote application within the Allshare/MultiView settings of your TV. Upon the first connection, accept the confirmation message displayed on your TV. If you previously declined the confirmation, you can modify this setting by navigating to Menu -> Network -> AllShare Settings or Menu/Tools -> Network -> Expert Settings -> Mobile Device Manager.

Features such as the keyboard, touchpad, and apps list are available on TV models that natively support these functionalities.
