This app was developed some time ago, and I don't have plans for future updates. It's a free app, and I'm unable to dedicate resources to maintain it further. However, I still respond to emails.

To ensure the alarm triggers while the app is in the background, please follow these steps via App Info (long press on the app icon):
(1) **Battery optimization:** Disable optimization for this app (set to OFF).
(2) **Advanced settings:** Enable "Appear on top".
(3) **Test:** Set a timer for 10 seconds, start it, and then exit the app. If the alarm sounds, you're all set. If not, there may be slight variations depending on your specific phone model. Please try granting any other potentially relevant permissions.
