Manage your TIM modem from anywhere with MyTIM Fisso. Control your fixed line and easily report issues to TIM technical support.Securely access the TIM Modem app using your MyTIM credentials and fingerprint authentication for enhanced security.
Here's what you can do with the MyTIM Fisso app:
In the "Modem" tab (full functionality after login):
1. View, manage, update, and restart your TIM modem.
2. Check your internet line status; run internet speed tests, internet service reachability tests, and browsing tests. For FWA lines, perform 4G/5G signal tests for guided installation of indoor modems or verification of external antennas.
3. Check and modify your modem's Wi-Fi configuration, turn Wi-Fi networks on/off and optimize them, manage and share the Guest Wi-Fi network, monitor traffic and Wi-Fi quality of connected devices, check Wi-Fi network speed, perform Wi-Fi backup/restore (useful when replacing your TIM modem), and view/share the Wi-Fi QR Code of your network.
4. View connected TIM Wi-Fi repeaters and the EasyMesh network.
5. Simulate Wi-Fi coverage of the modem and any repeaters to find the best placement in your home; measure the actual Wi-Fi signal in different rooms using the Wi-Fi Coverage Test.
6. WiFi Plus service: monitor the performance of your Wi-Fi network and receive notifications with suggestions and automatically applied optimizations.
7. Monitor and manage devices connected to the modem. Design your home floor plan and view devices per room after assigning each one its correct location.
8. Check the status of USB sharing services on your TIM modem (only when connected via Wi-Fi) and browse the contents of connected USB drives (if supported by the modem).
9. Check the status of the voice (VoIP) service on the modem.
10. Perform periodic check-ups of your home network.
