ABOUT

Ludo is a classic strategy board game perfect for 2 to 4 players. It's widely played in India, Nepal, Algeria, and many Asian, Latin American, and European countries. Known by various names such as Parchisi, Parcheesi, and Laadhuu, the goal remains simple: race your four tokens from start to finish (home) based on the rolls of a single die or dice.

DESIGN

Enjoy classic wood and neo-Ludo boards (paper & white) designs. The wooden board, dice, and tokens offer a timeless aesthetic, providing a better visual experience and a nostalgic feel. The detailed sketch marks and crystal-clear tokens evoke the same feeling as the classic Ludo boards of yesteryear.

The board features a square shape with three columns of squares, supporting up to 4 players (2, 3, & 4 players in combination with Computer). Each player chooses a color from bright yellow, green, red, and blue. For a unique experience, assign all players as Computer and watch them compete against each other. It's surprisingly fun! :)

DIE ROLLING

An entirely new physics engine has been built for Realistic die-rolling mechanics, simulating the real-time rolling of a die or dice. The physics behind die-rolling was very challenging, making this game stand out. This adds a touch of 3D realism to the Ludo experience.

SETTINGS

The game features an extensive set of settings, allowing you to play matches with hundreds of variations based on your own country's rules. Some of these include:

* Star Squares (safer)
* Barrier Squares (Squares that stop opponents from passing)
* Home Squares (Entering without returning opponent tokens)
* Magic No (Die result that allows a staged token to enter its starting square)
* Token Moving & Die Rolling Speed

Offline

Play with one or more Computer or Players, or a combination of both. Choose the Computer's intelligence level (Trained, Expert, or Strategic) to increase the complexity. The Bluetooth Game Play option is also available, allowing you to pair your device with your opponent's devices and start an offline match.

ONLINE

Connect and play with friends, family, or random players across the world by logging into Google Play Games / Google Plus / Facebook, or play anonymously. Invite friends or join matches hosted by your Facebook and Google Plus friends. Track your total wins and global ranking on the Leaderboards. Unlock various achievements throughout the Ludo kingdom.

Emote your tokens and message your opponents during matches for added interaction.

GAME AI

The game AI is designed to ensure that the outcome of the dice is always random and unpredictable, whether thrown by a player or the Computer. The Computer's intelligence is solely focused on deciding which tokens to choose and whether to return opponent's tokens from its squares. It has no control over the outcome/result of the die or dice.
