• Access the VINE online portal anytime, 24/7/365, ensuring you always have access to the information you need.
• View offender custody status information sourced from over 2,900 law enforcement agencies spanning 48 states (data availability depends on the specific agency).
• Register to receive timely notifications about changes in offender custody status through various channels, including in-app notifications, phone calls, email messages, text messages (where available), or TTY devices.
Important note: Currently, Android devices do not support push notifications or on-screen alerts directly. However, this limitation does not affect your ability to register and receive notifications via SMS, Phone, Email, In-App alerts, or TTY.
