GETTING STARTED:
Download the Rabbit app, complete the quick sign-up process, add your preferred payment method, and prepare to experience the freedom of movement!
- Locate a nearby Rabbit vehicle on the map within the app.
- Scan the QR code or manually enter the scooter ID to unlock your chosen vehicle.
- Initiate movement with a simple foot push, then engage the throttle button to accelerate.
- Enjoy your ride!
ENDING YOUR RIDE:
- Identify a safe parking area within the designated green zones and lower the kickstand.
- If the vehicle is equipped with a lock, secure it to a bike rack or post.
- Open the Rabbit app and tap the 'End Ride' button to conclude your session.
- Have a great day!
NEED EXTENDED ACCESS TO A VEHICLE?
- rent a personal Rabbit vehicle for a minimum of 2 days, delivered directly to your doorstep!
- Navigate to 'Day Rentals' within the Rabbit app.
- Choose your preferred vehicle type: an e-scooter or an e-bike.
- Select your rental plan, input your address, and specify the desired delivery date.
- Upon order confirmation, your vehicle will be delivered to you.
