To capture the cards in the pile, you must play a card that matches the rank of your opponent's last played card, or you can strategically use a 'J' card. For instance, if the last card played is a '♠ 10', you can claim the entire pile by playing any 'J' or any '10', irrespective of its suit. A 'Pisti' occurs when there is only one card remaining on the table before your play. Successfully executing a 'Pisti' earns you bonus points.

The value of the collected cards is determined by the point value of each individual card:
