The app's user-friendly interface offers two primary options from the home screen:
1. **Report a Problem:** This feature allows for direct reporting to VTA Security via text or photos. For enhanced discretion, the camera flash is automatically disabled when taking pictures within the app. You can specify station locations and categorize your report to aid VTA Security. Anonymous reporting is also an option for those who prefer it. Reports sent from areas with no cellular connectivity will be stored and transmitted once service is restored. To ensure promptness, the system prioritizes sending the text message before images.
2. **Call 911:** This button provides direct access to emergency police services.
