[A] Currently, there is no PC version available. The app is exclusively for iOS and Android smartphones.

[Q] Can I merge multiple family trees later?
[A] The feature to combine multiple family trees is not yet implemented.

[Q] Can I transfer data to another smartphone? Is data backup possible?
[A] Yes, an import/export function is available. Please refer to the help page for detailed instructions. We have confirmed successful operation with Google Drive, email, and Dropbox. However, there have been reports of issues with Facebook, WhatsApp, and LINE.

[Q] I want to display maternal and paternal ancestors simultaneously.
[A] Displaying both maternal and paternal ancestors while maintaining sibling order is technically challenging.

[Q] Can I print directly from the app?
[A] Direct printing is not supported. However, you can use the capture function to save the family tree as an image and print it using another application.

[Q] Is PDF format file output possible?
[A] PDF output is not currently supported.

[Q] Is it compatible with GEDCOM format files?
[A] GEDCOM format files are not supported at this time.

[Q] Can I use it Offline?
[A] Yes, since the data is stored locally on your smartphone or tablet, you can use the app even without an internet connection.

[A] While the initial setting is for opposite-sex relationships, you can modify it to same-sex after registration.

[Q] I want to add a child without showing a spouse.
[A] Currently, children can only be linked through couples. Please add a temporary spouse in such cases.

[A] We are not currently considering a paid version. The app is available as a free version only.
