OptiLink™ is a cutting-edge mobile application designed to provide comprehensive control and monitoring of your trailer, when paired with the OptiLink™ ECU (446 290 700 0). This innovative app empowers truck drivers and fleet operators to enhance operational efficiency and safety through their Android smartphones.

Featuring a user-friendly, modern interface, OptiLink™ offers wireless access to 19 key trailer functions, optimizing control over suspension, axles, braking systems, and security features. Available in 17 languages, the app delivers real-time data, enabling proactive maintenance and improved safety protocols.

Key features of OptiLink™:

* **Show Me Your Trailer:** Provides a quick overview of essential trailer information, including ID, serial number, type, and manufacturer.
* **Axle Load Monitoring:** Displays axle load data in tons, with total and individual axle loads, including alerts for exceeding pre-set limits.
* **Vehicle Inclination:** Monitors trailer inclination angle, issuing warnings if a defined threshold is surpassed, especially useful for tipping trailers.
* **BVA Brake Pad Monitoring:** Tracks the condition of brake pads for disc brakes, alerting users when replacement is needed.
* **Tire Pressure Monitoring:** Allows monitoring of tire pressure and temperature, including alerts for parameters outside of the defined ranges, and battery status.
* **OptiLevel:** Control trailer electronic air suspension functions, including lifting/lowering the chassis, selecting loading functions, and adjusting Driving levels.
* **Axle Control:** Manage lift (tag) axles, activate dynamic wheelbase functions (OptiLoad™ and OptiTurn™), and control Traction Help, as well as steering axle locking/unlocking.
* **Finisher Brake:** Set brake pressure for tipper trailers in challenging road conditions.
* **Immobilizer:** Secure your trailer with a PIN-protected function to lock/unlock trailer brakes, preventing movement or theft.
* **TailGUARD™:** A blind spot monitoring system that activates when reversing, providing distance-to-object information and audible/haptic warnings.
* **GIO Switch:** Control customer-specific programmed functions, such as walking floor operation.
* **Failure Codes:** Displays and allows diagnosis of error codes, with the option to email diagnostic reports.
* **Bounce Control:** Facilitates conTrolled release of axle bogie tension during unloading to prevent trailer bouncing.
* **Send Data:** Transmit critical trailer operating data via email for remote analysis by fleet managers.
