The Therap for Android app comprises a suite of modules, granting authorized healthcare professionals access to key functionalities like T-Log, ISP Data, MAR (Medication Administration Record), Password Reset, and more.

The Mobile T-Log feature offers:
• Viewing of unread T-Logs, categorized by notification levels
• Marking T-Logs as read for efficient management
• Creating new T-Logs, including the ability to add photos for enhanced documentation
note: Access to the T-Log module requires administrator approval. Contact your Regional Sales Representative for details.

The Mobile ISP Data tool enhances healthcare services and management by enabling:
• Service data collection from any location, promoting flexibility
• Electronic visit verification (EVV) through gps location recording for accountability
• Image capture of individuals at the service location and signature capture via fingertips or stylus pens for comprehensive records

The Mobile MAR feature provides critical medication management capabilities:
• Access to the list of scheduled medications for easy reference
• Recording and administration of Scheduled/PRN medications & treatments, ensuring accurate tracking
• Options to view allergies, diagnoses, and medication images, supporting informed decisions
Note: Mobile MAR access is limited to current users of the Therap MAR module.

The Mobile Scheduling/EVV feature streamlines scheduling and visit verification:
• Access to view schedules for a specific date on the Agenda List page, enhancing organization
• Options to check in, check out, and add comments after service delivery, improving communication

Users with the Reset Password administrative role can conveniently access the Password Reset tool directly from the app, simplifying account management.
