Countdown Numbers & Letters is a captivating and free mental agility game designed to challenge and entertain. The minigames are thoughtfully organized into three distinct categories: Numbers, Letters, and Classic, offering a diverse range of gameplay Experiences.

**Numbers:** This category focuses on enhancing your mathematical calculation skills. The objective is to reach or closely approximate a target number by strategically combining six given numbers using basic arithmetic operations: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. You can enjoy this category in four exciting modes:

- **Training:** Ideal for beginners or those who prefer a relaxed experience, this mode allows you to solve a single game without any time constraints.

- **Time:** A fast-paced mode for those who thrive under pressure. You'll need to reach the target number or get as close as possible in under 45 seconds.

- **Lightning:** Designed for the most dedicated players, this mode challenges you to solve as many games as possible within 150 seconds. Earn extra seconds for exact number matches – speed and accuracy are key!

- **Levels:** Perfect for players who enjoy a progressive challenge. Your goal is to reach the target number exactly, without any time limit. Successfully completing a level earns you coins, which can be used for hints and assistance in future games. Manage your coins wisely, as a fee is required every 50 levels. Earn 1 coin each day you play, and increase the number of coins earned consecutively each day (2 the second day, 3 the third, up to a maximum of 5 coins per day).

**Letters:** In this category, you are presented with nine letters and must form a valid word in your chosen language. Longer words earn you more points. Plurals and verb conjugations are accepted. The word games can be played in 8 languages: English, Spanish, Catalan, Portuguese, Italian, French, German, and Dutch. The letters category has four modes:

- **Training:** This mode is designed for beginners and allows you to form a word without any time pressure.

- **Time:** Test your vocabulary and quick thinking by forming a word in under 45 seconds.

- **Lightning:** Challenge yourself to form the maximum number of words within 150 seconds. The letters change each time a word is formed. Earn extra seconds for each word with 6 letters or more.

- **Conundrum:** This mode is for language experts and requires you to form a single 9-letter word in under 150 seconds.

**Classic:** This category combines the best of both worlds, alternating between numbers and letters games. You'll face 10 combined tests in the following sequence: Numbers - Letters - Letters - Numbers - Letters - Letters - Numbers - Letters - Letters - Numbers. The Classic category has two modes:

- **Training:** A pressure-free mode that allows you to solve all 10 tests without any time constraints.

- **Time:** Put your skills to the test by solving all 10 tests, with a maximum of 45 seconds allowed for each test.

All game modes are fully accessible without an internet connection, allowing you to enjoy the game Offline.

Track your progress and compare your results with friends through leaderboards and achievements. You must be logged in to Google+ and have Internet access to access these features.

**Leaderboards**
Each game mode (excluding training) features its own leaderboard, showcasing your best game and your ranking among all players. Furthermore, all points you earn contribute to the global leaderboard. Can you reach the top spot?
