If the doctor you need is not listed, you can invite them to join Healee. The platform allows you to connect and stay in touch with your own doctor, or any other doctor you choose.
Additionally, you can request an online consultation from a selected team of approved doctors, with a guaranteed response time. Currently, you can consult with doctors across 8 specialties, with more being added regularly.

**How do doctor consultations work?**
Once you connect with a doctor, you can describe your problem and request an online consultation. The doctor may ask you to provide additional information, such as your medical history, lab results, and images, before the consultation. The doctor will then provide information about your condition, along with treatment advice.
If you cannot find the doctor you need, you can request an online consultation from a selected team of approved doctors. In this case, you submit a description of your problem and receive a response from one of the doctors within 16 to 48 hours, depending on the delivery priority you select.
