1) Service Availability: AVISNet is available to AVIS associations that request it. If the service is not available in your province, please contact your local AVIS association to request its implementation. Currently, AVISNet supports the following provinces:

2) Registration Issues: Unsuccessful registrations (e.g., "donor not recognized") are typically due to discrepancies between the data entered and the information in the AVIS databases (e.g., outdated email addresses, incorrectly formatted phone numbers, misspelled names). Caleidoscopio srl, as the service provider, does not have access to or control over this data to protect your privacy. Please contact your local AVIS to verify and update your information.

3) SMS PIN delivery: The SMS containing your access PIN is sent by your local AVIS, not Caleidoscopio srl. If you do not receive the SMS, please contact your AVIS directly.

For other technical issues, such as the "Loading..." error, please provide detailed information about your device and the circumstances surrounding the issue to [email protected]. This will help us replicate and resolve the problem. We appreciate your help in improving AVISNet.
