Please note: The application is no longer functioning in the Pskov region.The application, requiring mandatory authorization through the Unified Portal of Public Services (Gosuslugi), is currently available in ten regions of Russia. It guarantees free appointment booking with primary care specialists (pediatrician, therapist, general practitioner, dentist, gynecologist) as stipulated by Federal Law No. 323-FZ dated November 21, 2011, "On the Fundamentals of Health Protection of Citizens in the Russian Federation." The availability of appointments with specialized doctors and the number of available slots are determined by each individual region.
