The game begins with each house containing seven seeds. Players then take turns distributing their seeds in a clockwise direction, a process known as sowing. During sowing, players strategically bypass their opponent's storehouse while including their own. The initial round sees both players sowing simultaneously.
A player's turn concludes when the final seed lands in an empty house. However, a clever twist awaits! If the last seed falls into a player's own unoccupied house after a round of sowing, that player can seize the last seed and all the seeds from the directly opposite house, adding them to their storehouse. If the house is occupied, the player continues sowing. Furthermore, a player earns a free turn if the final seed lands in their own storehouse. The ultimate victor is the player who accumulates the most seeds in their storehouse.
