- Agent Installation Process
1. Visit rview.com on the computer you wish to remotely access.
2. Click the 'Sign Up' button and complete the application form.
3. Verify your account by responding to the confirmation email sent to your registered email address.
4. Log in to your account at rview.com.
5. While at the computer you want to control, click the 'Agent Installation' button.
6. A download dialogue box will appear. Accept, download, and launch the installation .exe file, then follow the on-screen instructions. The entire process should take less than 10 minutes.

- Remote Control a Computer from a Smart Device
1. Download the RemoteView App from the Android Marketplace.
2. Launch the app and log in using your account ID and password.
3. Select the remote computer you wish to control.
4. Initiate the remote control session using the ID and password assigned to the remote computer.
5. Wait for the connection to establish and begin using RemoteView.
