Samsung Level is the official and exclusive application designed for use with Samsung Level Bluetooth products.
It enhances your audio experience with features such as SoundAlive (sound field effects), a volume monitor, and voice notifications.

Key features include:

* Voice Notification: Receive voice notifications for calls and other alerts.

note:
Features may vary depending on the smartphone model or the connected Level product. Call notifications and missed call notifications are exclusively available for Samsung smartphones.

* Call notifications: Available for Galaxy Note 4 and later models.
* UHQA Bluetooth: Available for Galaxy S6 and later models.

Troubleshooting Connection Issues:
If you encounter connection problems after switching devices, follow these pairing mode instructions:

1. Level U/Active/Box Pro/Slim: Press and hold the Play/Pause button for approximately 3 seconds.
2. Level U Pro/On Pro/Flex: Press and hold the switch on the right side (Bluetooth icon) for about 3 seconds.
3. Level Box/Box Mini: Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the rear of the product for about 3 seconds.
4. Level Over: Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the right side for about 3 seconds.

Access Permissions:
To provide seamless service, the application requires the following access permissions:

* Phone: Used to check phone status for voice call notifications and volume control.
* Location: Used to search for connectable devices via Bluetooth.
* Call log: Used to provide missed call notifications.

[Optional Access Authority]

* SMS: Used to check the sender and content of SMS messages for voice notification.
* calendar: Used to check calendar information for voice notification.
* Contacts: Used to check incoming call information for voice notification.

Note: If your system software version is older than Android 6.0, please update to configure App permissions. Previously allowed permissions can be reset in the Apps menu in device settings after the software update.

Accessibility Service:
This app includes an accessibility service.
Voice Notification, a feature within the Samsung Level app, reads aloud notified messages on your mobile phone.
To enable this functionality, the accessibility service in the Samsung Level app must be activated.
