The primary goal is to strategically connect all islands into a single, cohesive group by drawing a series of bridges between them. However, the construction of these bridges must adhere to specific rules:

* Bridges must originate and terminate at distinct islands, forming a straight line connection.
* Bridges cannot intersect with other bridges or islands.
* Bridges can only be drawn orthogonally (horizontally or vertically).
* A maximum of two bridges can connect any pair of islands.
