Under the watchful gaze of the documentary crew, you'll master the art of brewing espresso, steaming and frothing milk, and skillfully crafting eye-catching layered drinks to satisfy your customers' unique and often picky preferences. Navigate through the changing seasons and holidays as you serve seasonal coffee and cannoli, unlock new and exciting ingredients, and earn Daily Specials featuring delectable latte and macchiato recipes.

BREW ESPRESSO AND LAYER DRINKS - Utilize the Brew Machines to create freshly-brewed shots of rich espresso, and expertly steam and froth milk to perfection for your customers' personalized drinks. At the Build Station, meticulously layer the espresso and milk into a large cup, adding colorful powders and flavorful syrups to create a delicious layered latte that's as visually appealing as it is tasty! Complete each drink with a selection of toppings, whipped cream, and drizzles for that perfect finishing touch.

CRAFTING CANNOLI - Customers will request custom-made cannoli to complement their Papaccino drinks. Select the perfect cannoli shell, skillfully line up the nozzles to pipe it full of creamy filling, and then adorn the cannoli with a variety of delicious toppings to create the ideal sweet treat to enjoy with their coffee.

HOLIDAY FLAVORS - Embrace the spirit of each season with mouthwatering holiday flavors! As you progress through the game and reach new ranks, the seasons and holidays in New Pepperton will transform, and your customers will begin ordering holiday-themed drinks and cannoli. You'll unlock new syrups, powders, dairy options, shakers, creams, and cannoli shells for each holiday of the year, and your customers will relish the opportunity to try these new and festive flavors!

SERVE SPECIAL RECIPES - Earn coveted Special Recipes from your satisfied customers, and feature them as the Daily Special in the Mocharia! Each Special recipe comes with a bonus that you can earn by serving a prime example of that particular recipe. Master each special to unlock a special prize and showcase your barista skills!

CUSTOMIZE YOUR WORKERS - Choose to play as Allan or Akari, or unleash your creativity and design your own custom character to work in the coffeehouse! You can also express your holiday spirit with a wide array of holiday outfits and clothing for your workers. Select unique color combinations for each item of clothing, and create your own unique style with millions of possible combinations!

SPECIAL delivery - Some customers prefer to enjoy their coffee from the comfort of their own homes. When you start accepting phone orders, customers can call to place their orders, and you'll need to hire a Driver to help take and deliver those orders directly to their doorsteps!

COLLECT STICKERS - Complete a variety of tasks and achievements throughout the game to earn colorful Stickers for your collection. Each customer has a set of three favorite Stickers: Earn all three, and you'll be rewarded with a brand-new outfit to give to that customer!

DECORATE THE SHOP - Personalize the Mocharia lobby with themed furniture and decorations to celebrate each holiday of the year!
