One common reason for not reaching a goal is the lack of consistent and sustained effort over a sufficient period. This checklist app is specifically created to help you take consistent daily action over time.

As Tony Robbins said, "For changes to be of any true value, they've got to be lasting and consistent." Similarly, Darren Hardy noted, "...we have to make good decisions, use discipline and be consistent for long enough to see the results we desire."

The concept is straightforward:

1. Enter the actions you need to take daily to reach your goal. Examples include: workout for 40 minutes, make 10 cold calls, send out 10 resumes, write at least 10 pages for a project, etc.

2. Place the widget on your home screen. Uncompleted actions are displayed in bright colored text. Once an action is checked off, the text changes to a lighter color.

3. Your daily mission becomes turning the list from bright (in the morning) to gray (before bed). You can instantly see your progress at a glance. The color change signals a successful day, bringing you closer to your ultimate goals.

A successful day, with all items checked, is marked with a green check on the calendar. Watching the calendar fill with check marks motivates you to stay consistent.

The main list screen displays the number of consecutive successful days, your success streak. A streak of seven or more days turns the indicator green, providing additional motivation.

The home screen widget serves as a constant reminder of your daily actions. Each time you use your Android device, you'll see the list and the remaining actions.

In short: Don't go to bed with an incomplete list. If bedtime is near and your list is not close to completion, prioritize and finish the remaining tasks!

Note: This version allows a limit of 2 goals and an unlimited number of actions.
