AutomateIt is designed to simplify your life by automating various tasks on your Android smartphone or tablet. This powerful tool allows you to define custom behaviors in response to specific events on your Android device.

Each behavior, or rule, is defined as a pair of Trigger-action combinations. When a specified Trigger occurs, the corresponding Action is exeCuted automatically. AutomateIt provides a user-friendly interface to create and manage these rules, empowering you to personalize your device experience.

AutomateIt includes a default set of helpful rules to get you started quickly, such as:
Low battery warning
Quiet at night
Normal sound mode in the morning
Maximum volume when headset is unplugged
Lower volume when headset is plugged in
Unmute by SMS

**Triggers:**
• Any SMS Trigger - Activates upon receiving any SMS message.
• SMS With Text Trigger - Activates upon receiving an SMS message containing specific text.
• Battery Level Trigger - Activates when the battery level reaches a defined threshold.
• Bluetooth State Enabled/Disabled - Activates when Bluetooth is enabled or disabled.
• Bluetooth Device Connected - Activates when any or a specific Bluetooth device is connected.
• Incoming/Hang Call - Activates upon any incoming call or from a specific contact.
• Headset Plugged/Unplugged Trigger - Activates when a headset is plugged in or unplugged.
• Location Trigger - Activates when arriving at or exiting a defined geographic region.
• External Power Connected/Disconnected - Activates when external power is connected or disconnected.
• Screen On/Off - Activates when the screen is turned on or off.
• Wi-Fi Enabled/Disabled - Activates when Wi-Fi is enabled or disabled.
• Connected to Wi-Fi network - Activates when connected to any or a specific Wi-Fi network.
• Time Trigger - Activates based on recurring time events.
• gps Enabled Changed - Activates when GPS is activated or deactivated and started/stopped looking for current location
• SMS from contact - Activates upon receiving an SMS from a specific contact.
• USB Connected/Disconnected Trigger - Activates when a USB cable is connected or disconnected.
• Airplane Mode Activated/Deactivated - Activates when airplane mode is turned on or off.
• Dock State Trigger - Activates when docked to a car or desk dock.
• Application Status Trigger - Activates when a selected application is activated or deactivated.
• Outgoing call - Activates upon making all calls or calling a specific contact.
• Sound Mode Changed to Silent/Vibrate/Normal - Activates when the sound mode is changed.
• Boot Trigger - Activates on device startup (assuming the service starts on boot).
• Manual Trigger - Requires explicit user execution of the trigger.
• Cell ID Trigger - Activates when connecting to or disconnecting from defined cellular cells.
• NFC Trigger - Use NFC tags to launch rules.
• weather Trigger - Monitor weather at your location.
• Mobile Data State Trigger - Activates when the mobile data state changes.
• Activity Recognition - (EXPERIMENTAL) Detects when you are in a car, on a bicycle, on foot, or standing still.

**Actions:**
• Notification - Displays a notification in the notification bar.
• Play Sound - Plays a selected sound.
• Set Bluetooth State - Enables or disables Bluetooth.
• Set Sound Mode - Sets the sound mode to Silent, Vibrate, or Normal (With/Without Vibrate).
• Set Speakerphone State - Turns the speakerphone on or off.
• Set Volume - Sets the volume of all streams or a specific stream.
• Set Wi-Fi Adapter State - Enables or disables the Wi-Fi adapter.
• Start Application - Launches a specified application.
• Enable/Disable other rules - Enables or disables other AutomateIt rules.
• Vibrate action - Causes the device to vibrate.
• Enable/Disable Data Connectivity action - [NOT supported on some devices - see why on developer website]
• Kill Application [Requires Root - see why on developer website]
• Launch Home Screen - Returns to the home screen.
• Activate/Deactivate Airplane mode [Supported for Android version prior to 4.2 and all rooted devices]
• Enable/Disable GPS [Supported for Android version prior to 2.3 and all rooted devices]
• Enable/Disable Sync - Enables or disables account synchronization.
• Set Mobile Data - Enables or disables mobile data.
• Set Screen Brightness - Sets the screen brightness to automatic or a specific value.
• Enable/Disable screen automatic rotation - Enables or disables automatic screen rotation.
• Dial Phone Number - Dials a specified phone number.
• Send SMS to phone number - Sends an SMS message to a specified phone number.
• Set screen timeout (Including "Never" turn off) - Sets the screen timeout duration.
• Shutdown device [Requires Root] - Shuts down the device.
• Text-to-Speech - Speaks defined text using text-to-speech.
• Reboot [Requires Root] - Reboots the device.
• Set Wallpaper - Set your home screen wallpaper
