App CDMX is your all-in-one digital tool for navigating Mexico City. Directly from your phone, access essential services, government procedures, transportation options, events, and everything you need to move around, stay informed, and make the most of your day. Designed for ease of use, this app simplifies city living. Explore its features, discover each module, and see how it can assist you.

Home Screen: Your starting point. The redesigned home screen provides quick access to various functions, including transportation, digital documents, security features, event listings, and much more—all in one convenient location.

My Profile: Your data, your application. Review and update your personal information in the "My Profile" section. Manage your preferences, check notifications, and track your interactions with different app modules.

My Shortcuts: Your favorites, centralized. Select between 4 and 8 of your most frequently used functions and save them to "My Shortcuts" for easy access. Update them anytime.

Mobility: Getting around is now simpler. Access routes and schedules for CDMX and metropolitan area public transportation, including Metro, Metrobús, Cablebús, Trolebús, Interurban Train, Mexibús, and now Mexicable. If you use a taxi, scan the license plate to verify the vehicle's make and model, as well as driver information associated with the plate. You can also share your journey, rate your experience, and use the emergency button connected to C5 for immediate assistance. Plan your commute without leaving the app.

Utopias: Discover spaces created for you. Find activities and schedules for the Utopias located throughout the city. Access workshops, classes, cultural events, sports, and more.

Security: Report incidents, take action, and get support. Identify the Police officers responsible for security in your area, as well as a list of nearby Public Ministries. In any emergency, access security and community support.

Citizen Reporting: Make your voice heard. Report issues such as broken streetlights, potholes, or other problems in your neighborhood. Submit reports on public service failures, add location details and photos, and track the status of your report through the app. You can also file digital complaints with the FGJCDMX (Attorney General's Office).

Digital Documents: Everything on your phone. carry your official digital documents with you, including a digital driver's license, vehicle registration card, CDMX official ID, and more. Access them quickly and securely through this module.

Emergency Button: Activate this button in any emergency to receive immediate assistance. Trigger the alert for C5 to dispatch immediate support from police, paramedics, or traffic officers.

Vehicles: Register up to 5 CDMX vehicle license plates and access information about your vehicle registration card, the "Hoy No Circula" program (subscribe for alerts), traffic tickets, sanctions, vehicle inspection (schedule your appointment), and, if your car is impounded, receive notifications with the location details.

chat Locatel: Ready to assist you. Ask about procedures, services, or report non-emergency situations quickly and easily through the chat feature.
