The Lake Images Patient App provides a secure and convenient way for patients to access their medical imaging results and manage appointments at Lake Imaging radiology clinics across Victoria.This user-friendly app empowers patients to view their scan results and easily share them with family members or other healthcare providers. After your scan is complete and the results are ready, you'll receive a text message or email with a link to activate your account and set a secure password.
Most results become available approximately 7 days after the examination is reported by a Lake Imaging Radiologist, provided your referring doctor has granted access. However, Obstetric Ultrasound images are available just 3 hours after the scan. Please remember that your referring doctor will have access to your images and report as soon as they are available, and it's essential to return to them to discuss your results.
Once your account is activated, the app will send you notifications for any new results. This feature allows you to keep a personal record of your radiology results, accessible anytime, anywhere.
The app also features a convenient 'Request an Appointment' function. You can easily book an appointment at one of our radiology clinics by selecting the imaging service, preferred location, time, and date. Simply upload a photo of your doctor's referral form, and a staff member will contact you to confirm your appointment.
