Medicalcul is a comprehensive medical calculator designed to compute various medical scores and formulas, including creatinine clearance, Apgar score, and burn surface area calculations. A complete list of available calculations can be found at http://medicalcul.free.fr/_indexalpha.html.

Upon installation, the application prompts you to perform an update to retrieve the latest data from http://medicalcul.free.fr. Once updated, Medicalcul can be used Offline, eliminating the need for a network connection. The software regularly checks for modifications and notifies you when an update is available, allowing you to re-import the files. To conserve your data plan, you have the option to update via a Wi-Fi connection.

Users can suggest additional scores or formulas for inclusion. You are welcome to contact the developer with your suggestions. Providing bibliographic references for new features will expedite the research and implementation process.

Medicalcul is currently available only in French. Special note for users in the Maghreb region (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia): Depending on your network operator, you may encounter difficulties importing data from the servers, or may not be able to obtain it at all. This is because many internet providers in the Maghreb are blacklisted in France due to piracy issues. Attempting to connect via an alternative connection may resolve the issue, but the functionality of this software in these countries is not guaranteed.

Samsung mobile devices have a known bug that prevents the input of decimal points using the default keyboard. To overcome this limitation, the icon on the right side of the shortcut bar allows you to enter a decimal point.
