• Access all Enel Energia digital services with a single account.
If you are already registered, use your existing account to log in, or create a new one directly from the App in a few simple steps. You can use the same account to access the Enel Energia Customer Area on the enel.it website or to access the digital services of other Enel Group companies.

For quick and secure access, you can also enable biometric recognition via fingerprint or facial recognition.

• Keep track of all your active and pending supplies.
If you already have one or more active electricity, gas, or fiber supplies, you can:

o Always have your bills at your fingertips.
o Pay one or more bills online in a single transaction without having to enter your credit card details each time. With your Digital Wallet, your payment card details will be saved and always readily available.
o Activate direct debit for your bills and receive a refund of your security deposit if you previously paid one.
o Submit your meter reading to us.
o Receive your bill in digital format via email to reduce paper consumption and CO2 emissions related to bill transportation.
o modify certain data and characteristics of your supply, such as the power or billing address.

If you have requested the activation of an electricity, gas, or fiber supply, you can view the progress of your request at any time and send any necessary documentation directly in the App to complete it.
