Creating your emmy account is straightforward:

1. Download the emmy app and register for €4.95, which includes 15 free minutes.
2. Sign up and verify your EU or EEA driver's license. Once your account is approved, you're ready to ride our electric mopeds.
3. Ride: It's time to hit the road! Use the app to find an electric moped near you and reserve it for free.
4. End your rental: Park your emmy moped in a designated public parking area within our operational zone to conclude your rental.

How to start an emmy electric moped:

1. Open the helmet box: Press the red button and retrieve a helmet from the box.
2. Remove it from the kickstand: Stand with the moped between your legs and push the handlebars forward.
3. Ensure the green switch is set to “Ready”: Confirm that the green switch on the right handlebar is flipped to the “Ready” position and that the side stand is fully retracted. If you're riding a Yadea, press the “P-button”.
4. Start the engine: Simultaneously pull the moped brake to activate it and press the “Down” switch on the left handlebar. Now you're ready to ride!

How much does it cost to rent an emmy moped?

Register for a one-time fee of €4.95 and receive 15 free minutes for your initial ride (valid for 3 months). Mopeds can be booked for free and reserved for 15 minutes.
