This is the classic Solitaire card game you know and love, also known as Patience, Klondike, or Windows Solitaire. Enjoy this timeless game right on your device!

Solitaire uses a shuffled, standard 52-card deck (without Jokers). The game starts with one upturned card dealt on the left of the playing area, followed by six downturned cards (from left to right). An upturned card is then dealt on the leftmost downturned pile, and downturned cards are placed on the rest until all piles have an upturned card. The resulting layout forms the tableau.

The four foundations (represented by light rectangles in the upper right) are built up by suit, starting from Ace (the lowest card) to King. The tableau piles are built down by alternating colors, and partial or complete piles can be moved if they are built down by alternating colors as well. Empty piles can be filled with a King or a pile of cards headed by a King. The objective is to build stacks of cards within the tableau, starting with 2 and ending with King, all of the same suit. Once a stack is complete, it's moved to a foundation where the Ace of that suit has already been placed. The ultimate goal is to complete all four suits on the foundations to win the game.
