Intuit Field Svc. is a powerful mobile application designed to streamline field service operations, working in conjunction with your Intuit Field Service Management subscription. This app empowers your field technicians with essential tools to manage their day-to-day tasks efficiently, directly from their mobile devices.

Key features include the ability to view and manage active work orders, process service agreements (with an optional module), and record time card entries (also part of an optional module). Technicians can access detailed work order information, capture customer signatures, and email work orders on the spot. The app also allows for viewing and editing custom fields, configuring work order lists and detail pages, and reporting errors or sending logs.

Stay informed with work order alerts and manage notes with the ability to view and add text and picture notes, or attach photos directly from the device camera or albums. Equipment service history and attributes are readily accessible, and technicians can even add or change equipment information directly on a work order. The app facilitates viewing work orders where the technician is listed as secondary personnel.

For enhanced operational control, the app enables sending gps locations from the field, pricing up invoices, and emailing invoices. Payment can be taken directly in the field (additional fees may apply), and receipts can be emailed to customers. Users can also view and manage received alerts and configure the mobile app settings for a personalized experience. Furthermore, the app supports creating new work orders and customers, and re-assigning work orders as needed.

It's important to note that this application is NOT compatible with CorrigoNet or WorkTrack Facilities Management.
