These typically include the Panj bania (five specific banis) recited by initiated Sikhs in the early morning hours between 3:00 am and 6:00 am, a period known as Amrit Vela or the Ambrosial Hours. Additionally, Rehras Sahib is recited in the evening at 6 pm, and Kirtan Sohila is recited at night at 9 pm.
