Roll the dice, move your pawn across Europe, buy properties, make strategic deals, acquire monopolies, build houses, and drive your opponents into bankruptcy! All this and much more is possible in Europoly, the captivating real-estate board game that will keep you hooked.

A Europoly game supports 2, 3, or 4 players. Each player controls a pawn to navigate the European-themed board. Landing on an unowned property gives you the option to buy it or put it up for auction. However, landing on a property owned by another player requires paying rent. The ultimate goal is to maintain financial stability while strategically bankrupting your rivals.

The game board is designed to perfectly fit your phone or tablet screen. The squares feature iconic European cities, airports, motorways, ferry services, casino cards, lottery cards, and even a jail. Players take turns rolling two dice and moving clockwise around the board. Landing on or passing the Start square earns a player 5,000€. Rolling doubles allows another turn, but three consecutive sets of doubles result in a trip to jail.

Cities are grouped by color. Owning all cities within a color group grants a monopoly, allowing the construction of houses to increase rent revenue. Transport squares (airports, motorways, ferries) cannot be developed, but the rent earned increases with the number of transport squares owned.

When in need of funds, players can trade with each other, sell houses, or mortgage properties. Rent cannot be collected on mortgaged properties, but they can be unmortgaged by repaying the bank. If a player cannot cover their debts (even after selling houses and mortgaging properties), they must declare bankruptcy. The last player remaining solvent after all others are bankrupt wins the game!

The Artificial Intelligence of the bots is carefully designed, offering 3 distinct and engaging levels of difficulty. At the highest level, bots play aggressively and negotiate shrewdly. The intermediate level offers more relaxed gameplay and fairer deals. At the basic level, bots are more forgiving, allowing you to secure advantageous trades.
