AndroKat is a comprehensive Android application, launched on October 9, 2012, designed for Roman Catholics. It aims to unite various Catholic mobile applications and websites, providing a centralized platform for spiritual growth and engagement.

* **Stations of the Cross:** Engage with the Stations of the Cross meditations.
* **Websites & Videos:** Access Catholic and other websites and videos (requires an active internet connection).
* **Prayer Collection:** Find a collection of the most important and well-known prayers.

* **epub and PDF Books:** Download ePub and PDF books (internet connection required). An ePub reader application is needed for reading.

**Offline Functionality & Customization:**

AndroKat is designed to support offline use as much as possible. Upon launch, the app downloads the latest content (if an internet connection is available), allowing users to access materials even without an internet connection.

* **Offline Access:** It's beneficial to "load up" the phone in the morning (around 5-6 AM) to read your favorite content while commuting.
* **Favorites:** Save your favorite readings for longer-term access. Older offline materials are periodically replaced with new ones. Save important content to your favorites or email it to yourself to keep it.
* **Sharing:** Share content via other applications installed on your phone, such as email.
* **Settings:** Customize font size and manage the size of the offline database to avoid excessive storage use. You can also clear your favorites and the offline database here.
* **Customization:** You can select which pages appear in the application.
