**Important Information for Passengers:**

1. **PASSPORT REQUIRED!** Please be aware that you MUST provide your ID details (typically your passport) when purchasing a ticket. Furthermore, you MUST present the same document for verification during ticket inspection. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as this is a mandatory requirement for electronic ticket processing and control as per regulatory guidelines (п. 3.1-3.5 of the Order of the Ministry of Transport of Russia dated 21.08.2012 N 322 and п.78, 82 of the Rules for the carriage of passengers, luggage, and cargo luggage by rail).

2. **PLEASE AUTHORIZE WITHIN THE APP** to ensure successful ticket retrieval. In case of an unstable internet connection, your ticket may not download immediately. Authorization guarantees that your ticket will be available in the "Order History" menu. A copy is also sent to the email address provided during the purchase.

3. **IF YOUR TICKET PURCHASE IS NOT COMPLETED** but you receive an SMS about the funds being debited, DON'T WORRY! The refund will be processed automatically within minutes. Please note that banks typically do not send SMS notifications for refunds. Contact your bank's customer support to confirm the refund.

4. **For devices with ANDROID version 4.3.0 and below:** Due to circumstances beyond our control, ticket purchases are not possible on these devices. We apologize for the inconvenience.

5. **Moscow, Moscow Region, Novosibirsk, Rio de Janeiro, Warsaw, Bishkek, and Astana are NOT AVAILABLE** in the station selection. The application only includes stations served by railway companies that have partnered with the app.

6. **DISCOUNTED ELECTRONIC TICKETS ARE NOT AVAILABLE** in accordance with paragraph 77 of the Rules for the carriage of passengers, luggage, and cargo luggage by rail.

Present the e-ticket and your identification document to the inspector on your device's screen when boarding and during the journey. To pass through turnstiles, simply hold the barcode on your screen to the scanner.
