Getting started with BeterDichtbij:

1. Your healthcare provider will send you an invitation via email. You can use BeterDichtbij to communicate with multiple healthcare providers.
2. Download and activate the app. This is a one-time process where you set up your personal PIN code for secure login.
3. Send your first message. Share your question, photo, or file with your healthcare provider to start the conversation. Your healthcare provider can also schedule a video call with you via BeterDichtbij.
