HOW TO USE:
- Tap the Search icon.
- Choose a nearby hair salon.
- Tap the Check-In button.
- Enter your name and phone number.
- Tap Check-In again to join the waitlist – no login, email, or profile is required.
- Notify the salon upon arrival.
After checking in, monitor your estimated wait time and arrive just before your turn.
ESTIMATED WAIT TIME
Wait times are estimates based on the next available stylist. Requesting a specific stylist upon arrival may increase your wait. Stylist schedules are not published for safety and privacy reasons.
ONLINE CHECK-IN AVAILABILITY
Online check-in is available during salon hours, except for the first five minutes after opening to allow walk-in customers to check in. Online check-in closes 30 minutes before closing time, but you can still get a haircut if you arrive before closing.
SERVICES AVAILABLE FOR ONLINE CHECK-IN
You can use online check-in for all services except perms and formal updos. Perm availability varies by salon, and appointments are typically required for perms and updos. Contact the salon for inquiries.

ARRIVAL TIME
After online check-in, you'll see your position on the waitlist. Arrive before you are next in line. Sign up for ReadyNext® text alerts to receive a notification when your wait is 15 minutes away. Upon arrival, inform the stylists, and they will confirm your information and complete your check-in.
LATE ARRIVAL
Don't worry if you're running late! Your name will remain on the list for a short period.
CHECK-IN CANCELLATION
Once checked in, the salon appears on the home screen. Cancel anytime by tapping Cancel check-in.
