İşitme engelli vatandaşlarımızı acil durumlarda hayata bağlamak üzere Sağlık Bakanlığı’nca geliştirilen ESİM Mobil Uygulaması daha iyi hizmet verebilmek için tüm alt ve üst yapılarını yeniledi. Proje ile engelli vatandaşlarımız kişisel telefonlarına ücretsiz olarak indirecekleri mobil uygulamalar aracılığıyla 112 Acil Servis’e anında çağrı yapabilir, görüntülü konuşma başlatabilir ya da anlık mesajlaşma yapabilirler. Son teknoloji kullanılarak geliştirilen bu uygulama ile tek tuşla gps kullanarak konumlarını gönderebilirler ve operatörlerimize acil duruma ait fotoğraf paylaşabilirler.
