**1. Purpose**
'Муж на Час' (Husband for an Hour) is designed to save you time and effort in finding skilled professionals for various household tasks. Whether you're a customer seeking assistance or a master looking for jobs, this app connects you efficiently. We offer a wide range of services, including:
- Electrician services
- Plumbing services
- Cleaning services
- carpentry services
- Moving services
- Loaders/Movers
- TV, PC, and other appliance repair
- Auto services
- Gardener/Grounds worker
- Other handyman services

**2. Description**
The application is available in all cities throughout Russia. You can select your City from the featured list by clicking the location icon or manually enter your city. The featured list is continuously updated based on geography and the number of registered users.

**For Customers:**
1) Register in the application.
2) Select the required service.
3) Create an order for a specific master from the list or broadcast it to all active masters in your city, specifying: where? what? when?

The request will be sent to the Master within minutes. Simply wait for a call from the Master to discuss the details.
All interactions within the app are free; you pay the Master directly for their work. Remember to rate the Master's performance. Your feedback helps other customers make informed choices and encourages Masters to improve their service quality.

**For Masters:**
Create a profile by providing:
1) Your full name, a photo of yourself, and examples of your work.
2) A description of your services and prices.
Then, you're ready to start receiving orders from customers.

Each new Master receives a 3-month introductory period. After this period, the introductory period will be automatically extended for 30 days each time until you receive your first Personal order. After receiving the first order, you will be offered to get PRO status. PRO status only includes maintaining your profile as a Master, you continue to use the application itself for free.

**3. How it Works**
Customers select the required service and create an order, choosing between a Personal or General order. A Personal order is sent to a specific Master from the list. If the Master does not accept the order (for any reason) within 20 minutes, the Customer can make the order General for all Masters in their city.

The Master receives the order and contacts the Customer. The Customer can send an order to multiple Masters and choose any of them at their discretion. Therefore, the Master should be in waiting mode, not the Customer. The application does not need to be constantly open, BUT it is necessary to launch the application at least once every 3 months, otherwise your profile will be deleted without notification as unused. It is important for us to keep the database of masters up to date.

Upon receiving an order, you will receive a push notification or SMS. The order details will include the information provided by the customer and a "Call Customer" button.

Respond promptly to received orders or notifications. If you cannot fulfill the order at the specified time, negotiate a reschedule or explain to the Customer why you cannot accept the order. Leave a positive impression as a Master, and the Customer will leave a positive review about you.

The customer has the right to leave a negative comment on the order if you do not contact him within the first 12 hours after sending you an SMS notification or within the first 6 hours after receiving the order in the application, which may negatively affect your rating in general.

Also,
if necessary, the Customer/Master can change their profile via the "Change Profile" button. But keep in mind that being in one profile, you will not be able to receive messages/notifications/orders intended for another profile. Therefore, before closing the application, do not forget to return to the desired profile.

**4. Important!!!**
If you do not launch the application for 6 consecutive months, the system considers you an inactive user and deletes your information without notification!!!
