The description of Pharaon

Site Editorial Commentary：Pharaoh is a card game similar to Crazy Eights played in Slovakia.

Pharaoh is a captivating card game where players strategically discard cards to be the first to empty their hand. Each player starts with 5 cards, and turns proceed in a fixed sequence. The objective is simple: be the first to get rid of all your cards to win!

The game begins with one card placed face-up in the center, forming the central pile. The remaining cards constitute the side deck. To play, a card must match either the value or the suit of the top card on the central pile. If unable to play, a player can Draw a card from the side deck.

Adding depth to the gameplay, multiple cards of the same rank (excluding aces) can be played simultaneously. Furthermore, a player holding all four cards of the same rank can play them together and continue their turn.

Special cards introduce unique twists. An ace forces the next player to skip their turn unless they also play an ace. A seven compels the next player to draw 3 cards, with the penalty escalating by 3 for each consecutive seven played. The seven of hearts possesses a unique ability to bring a player who previously won back into the game.

A queen can be played on any suit, allowing the player to choose the suit for the subsequent round. The jack of spades, known as the Pharaoh, serves as a trump card. It can be played on any card (except an ace) and negates the effects of a seven. Any card can be played on the Pharaoh.
