The Yamato Transport app provides a comprehensive suite of services for managing your deliveries in Japan.

**Available Services:**

* **Package Tracking:** Track the delivery status of your packages handled by Yamato Transport. You can also change the delivery date, time slot, and receiving location.

* **My Packages List:** Centrally manage information about packages you are sending and receiving.

* **Package Details:** View detailed information for each package selected from your "My Packages List".

* **Change Date/Time/Location & Request Re-delivery:** modify the delivery date, time slot, or receiving location of your packages. Request re-delivery for packages that could not be delivered due to your absence.

* **In-Store Pickup Service:** Receive your packages at a designated location (Yamato Transport office, convenience store, etc.) at your convenience.

* **Delivery Scheduled Notification:** Receive advance notifications of the expected delivery date and time of your packages.

* **Absence Notification:** Get notified when a delivery attempt was made while you were not available.

* **Delivery Completion Notification:** Receive notifications when your package has been successfully delivered.

* **Delivery Completion Notification:** Receive notifications when your package has been delivered to the designated receiving location and is ready for pickup.

* **Storage Period reminder:** Get a reminder notification the day before the storage period expires for packages delivered to convenience stores, etc.

* **My calendar Service Notification:** Receive notifications about delivery change requests made through the My Calendar service settings.

* **Easy Waybill Issuance Service:** Pre-enter information (recipient, sender, product name, etc.) in the app for waybill issuance. Then, easily issue the waybill from the "Nekopit" terminal at Yamato Transport offices.

* **Collection Request:** Request package pickup for items you want to send.

* **Office/Store Locator:** Find nearby Yamato Transport offices and affiliated stores using your current location or by searching for a station name.

* **Rate/Delivery Date Search:** Find rates and estimated delivery dates based on product/service type, origin/destination, and shipping date.

* **Notifications List:** View a list of delivery-related notifications and announcements from Yamato Transport.

* **Code Payment "NyanPay":** Yamato Transport's proprietary code payment system that can be used for 택배 shipping fees. You can charge from financial institution accounts and pay by presenting the code. Enjoy a 12% immediate discount on sender-paid fares (some exceptions apply).
